The 31-year-old recently took to his blog to debunk rumors that he chants to get rid of ghosts and evil spirits. Kanye writes (in all caps), “OK, now this is just stupid! Dude, did you read my book?? Do I seem like a chanter??!! Do I even have time to be sitting around doing that??? Why you gotta mess up my vacation with stupid s–0??? You could’ve waited two more days… Haahaaaaa.”

He continued, “Sidebar: If there’s any parties on New Year’s with my name on it, doooon’t youuuu belieeeeeve it! I’m staying at home for the first time in five years. We did 98 shows this past year!!! I just want to chill, hoop and watch some movies! … And as always… I’m typing in all caps cause I’m lazy not angry!!! Oh, and exclamation points are fun! Hahahaaa!!! (If I had [BlackBerry Messenger], I would make it say I’m typing in all caps cause I’m lazy!!!)

A new Kanye West parody has been unleashed, titled “Kevye West: 808’s and Expirations Dates (Guac Lockdown)” (an obvious pun on Kanye’s latest album, 808s and Heartbreak).

The video’s description reads: “Pitch auto-correction and a simple beat can make anything chart-worthy; even a freestyle about guacamole and expired milk.”

The vid, which was shot in Hawaii, premiered on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier today. Kanye doled out the compliments to Ellen during her show: “I wanted to say you have really great style. Seriously, this is one of the people you should look at whenever you’re trying to figure out how to put together an outfit.”

Kanye West is teaming up with MTV for a new show called “Alligator Boots” where hip-hop meets the Muppets.

“It’s going to be the black version of The Muppets,” said Doug Herzog from MTV.

The half-hour pilot will be produced by Jackhole Prods, the company founded by Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla. This company was also behind Comedy Central’s ppupet-centric Crank Yankers.

Kanye West totes around his Louis Vuitton backpack and carries his Macbook after arriving in Hawaii via private jet on Friday.

Yesterday, the 31-year-old rapper was arrested at LAX airport in Los Angeles for breaking a photographer’s camera.

Kanye just blogged about the experience: “We back in the lab [making music]!!! I’m cool with the paparazzi. This guy wasn’t cool. I gotta work now… I’ll rant later!”

Mr. West, along with his road manager, allegedly damaged $10,000 worth of camera equipment. Check out the video of them wrestling for cameras at TMZ.

Kayne’s upcoming album, 808 & Heartbreak, is scheduled for a December 16th release.

Kanye West was arrested at 7:51 a.m. PST on Thursday at LAX Airport in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old rapper is being charged for battery and vandalism.

Apparently a photographer was trying to snap pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground.

A TMZ videographer was taping this entire ordeal, so when Kanye realized, he rushed to the camera man and yelled, “Gimme that f—ing tape!”

Both Kanye and his bodyguard were arrested.
